Is there a free offline alternative to Fish.audio?
Xport Studio is free to download and runs entirely on your machine. The essential tools are free forever and voice conversion is a one-time $79, with no per-generation credits.
Does Fish.audio run locally?
Fish Speech is open source and technically self-hostable, but that route means managing Python, CUDA and model weights yourself. Xport packages local inference into an installer, so you get on-device processing without assembling a stack.
